cannot stick to plan. dont know how to motivate myself or how to stay motivated. managed to get down to 149lb before xmas but inevitably the pounds are creeping on again.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.7 lb a week

I understand! I'm currently (today) at 158 and I need to get down to my goal of 140 (after that I'm going to shoot for 130!) I just cannot get motivated! I have a desk job and have also been a vegetarian for 2 years now so it's very hard for me to eat healthy especially since I'm not even really a HUGE vegetable/fruit fan! ugh.. it's just hard!!
