I absolutely have to reduce my sugar intake. I worry I might be impeding my progress if I do not. Another thing is that almost the entire side of my mum's family is dangerously diabetic with quite a few family members passing away early because of its complications. I have a huge complex about that and I realized by imputing a food diary that my consumption is unknowingly high almost every day.

Edit: Okay, I now know that may be an exaggeration... I reviewed my diet calendar from this week and it's not all that bad. Guess that's where my complex comes in, lol.
