I did a workout last night, now my muscles are mad at me. I want to get one in tonight too, but have a sick kid at home and my hubby may throw in the towel as soon as I get home and pass him over to me. I didn't do as bad with my eating yesterday, but still not good. I caved in to some banana bread a co-worker brought in, but just a skinny slice. Today, I'm trying to stay on track and I've been busy so far so it's been much easier. Looking at the clock I only have 3 hours left, time's flying today (YAY!). If I can just keep my eating clean for the rest of the day I'll be happy. Last night I went to get a snack and we didn't have anything and I was craving chocolate, so I had a 90 calorie cup of hot chocolate and wouldn't you know that was all I needed. I didn't need a candy bar or some other junk, yeah the hot chocolate wasn't the best for me either, but could have been worse. I need to quit the routine of eating before bed. Little by little I'll get back to my healthy habits. :)
