This is actually better than it looks as I started with a weight 4lbs more than I documented. 7 lbs...I can deal with that since hubby was out of time, and I was stressed with doing his chores, and dealing with the animals. This week will be better.
297.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
