Ugh. So far not losing any weight, but I guess its only been a week since I have been using fatsecret. Am I not losing weight because I eat too many carbs? That seems to be the most percentage of what I eat. But I cant help it if I work at Noodles!! erg....and I have been eating somewhat better too. I dont know, still have to see what happens when I change my birth control, but I dont feel any different from working out :(
