I haven't been keeping this up to date. Lately there have been a lot of pot lucks and BBQs. It's hard to quantify those meals in the food diary here. Suffice it to say my weight hasn't moved at all. I'm still at the same weight. At least I haven't gained anything :P
I think part of the secret is to know your weights and measures. If you know how to eyeball a cup or a tablespoon, you can better guestimate. If you're at a pot luck and start spooning on the mashed potatoes, even though you don't know if it was made with cream or skim milk, you can keep a fair estimate in your head of about 150 calories for about half a cup.. that will help out a lot as you work your way down the table. I have to remember that :P
