1847 kcal Fat: 64.09g | Prot: 80.23g | Carb: 243.73g.   Breakfast: whole wheat english muffin, peanut butter, honey, coffee, international delight creamer. Lunch: Healthy Choice Tomato Basil soup, Brownberry Whole Wheat, Sargento pepperjack slices, Sargento provolone slices, I can't believe it's not butter spread, Chocolate milk 1 %, Nabisco soup and oyster crackers. Dinner: pineapple chunks, canola oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion, mushroom, green pepper, baby carrots, whole wheat spagetti noodles, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: banana. more...
