1847 kcal Fat: 64.09g | Prot: 80.23g | Carb: 243.73g.   Breakfast: coffee, honey, international delight creamer, whole wheat english muffin, peanut butter. Lunch: Sargento pepperjack slices, Sargento provolone slices, Brownberry Whole Wheat, Nabisco soup and oyster crackers, Healthy Choice Tomato Basil soup, I can't believe it's not butter spread, Chocolate milk 1 %. Dinner: mushroom, green pepper, baby carrots, chicken breast, whole wheat spagetti noodles, soy sauce, green onion, canola oil, sesame oil, pineapple chunks. Snacks/Other: banana. more...
