1847 kcal Fat: 64.09g | Prot: 80.23g | Carb: 243.73g.   Breakfast: coffee, peanut butter, whole wheat english muffin, honey, international delight creamer. Lunch: Nabisco soup and oyster crackers, Healthy Choice Tomato Basil soup, I can't believe it's not butter spread, Sargento provolone slices, Brownberry Whole Wheat, Chocolate milk 1 %, Sargento pepperjack slices. Dinner: soy sauce, chicken breast, whole wheat spagetti noodles, sesame oil, canola oil, mushroom, green onion, green pepper, baby carrots, pineapple chunks. Snacks/Other: banana. more...
