Had another awful day yesterday and didn't eat anything apart from 3 chocolates. Feeling better mentally this morning - not so tearful - but still physically ill
153.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
