Okay, so after what I assume was water weight loss then regained (yay right), I'm back to slowly losing more weight. I've also figured out that after a couple weeks of working out in the am and my weight not budging, that the afternoon is a better time for me. My body just responds better to that time frame. Stair climber is a new fav :)
