It has continued to be hard to remain focused. This week starts afresh, and I am starting strong. I have replaced my first two meals with healthy ones, and my dinners will now also become healthy. I plan to snack more on fruits and veggies. I started an in home cardio plan. Things are definitely looking up.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
