I'm in the ninth grade and I am an actor, singer, and dancer. I work out dancing for three hours everyday. Plus rehearsal for the musical I'm in and personal rehearsal for my two in-school dance classes and the musical. I eat a lot of junk food, but I also love fruits and vegetables, so it's usually balanced out. My parents are on a diet called the "palio" (SP) diet. They don't eat grains, starch, or sugar. I choose not to go on the diet because I love starch and grains more than anything, so it would be a hard start for me. And plus, I don't have any upfront need to go on a diet, since I am healthy and if anything under weight for a fourteen year old. This website is helping me because I've never realized just how much I eat. My Ballet Teacher wants us to know what what were putting into our body because we are "a machine and we need to fuel it properly."
