Woo! I didn't know what to expect, because I started at the gym this week. Since muscle weighs more than fat... I was actually expecting a gain!
238.8 lb Lost so far: 61.2 lb.    Still to go: 78.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
