Monday morning - new beginning. The weekend was just drinking and not really caring about eating healthy. I haven't been working out for 4 days now and i feel bad. I decided to lose a couple of kg in fat, that means eating less fat food, less carbs, many many veggies and train at least 3 times a week. Wish me luck! End of the day - seems that i managed to consume more calories than i had put to my mouth, worked out enough and passed danish exam! Woohoo! Look forward to tomorrow to get closer to my goal! :)
