Fat: 78.33g | Prot: 93.16g | Carb: 188.46g.   Breakfast:  boiled egg, carrot, cucumber, oatmeal, salad mix. Lunch:  almonds, carrot, date. Dinner:  almonds, chicken, frozen vegetable mix, mix salad, raisins. Snacks/Other:  blueberry jam, bread, bread slice, peanut butter, peanut butter, ricotta cheese.
