So, it's been a couple of days. I was in the gym every single day, doing different kind of stuff, even tried Katha Joga, which was pretty funny.. I have been eating a lot, but the food i eat i consider as a really good for me.
I wake up much more fresh than before. I just jump out of the bed feeling great and being keen to move and continue eating fresh healthy food. I have a muffin in my fridge, but i won't touch it! I weight myself! I lost just 400g, which is nothing compared what i've done, but i truly believe that i'm still gaining some muscles which weights more than fat. I'm happy!
And then i just ate a huge muffin. And some canned beens (100g) just before time to bed.. An excuse - we only live once...
