I went off the rails for a while. I had a breakthrough and realized what's behind my emotional binge eating. I've also realized a lot of people dont understand that there is a difference between carrots and donuts. My friend has been so helpful. She told me to write down 5 things that I loved doing before kids. I've also started weighing my food to really understand a portion size. Day 2 of weighing is going well.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

You are heading in the right direction. Many of us here binge eat and know the emotions that are involved. Best of luck going forward.

Looks like you are still down a bit from where you started! No problem you can do this! You have the know how and what needs to be your path. Gather your tools and go to work!
