This week was tough! My job was super stressful and with the travel, I did not workout all week although I did cover at least walking for 20 minutes. I blew my 1,500 calories one day out of 7.

Got to log all my meals today.

Today's work out was super good and it brought my energy level back!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
