Ok, OK. It has been a while since I last participated on this site. I've tried to be mindful of what I'm eating and the amount of exercise I do everyday. The past several months have been like a roller coaster ride where going up, there's the anticipation of something big going to happen. Then you reach the top and you can see all the glorious surroundings because you've achieved your goal. Once over the peak to the fast and furious descent where things move so fast and you're screaming at the top of your lungs and wishing the ride ends soon! no such luck, another climb and fall.

I've read this to my hubby and he said this analogy wasn't as clear as he would like though he had gotten the main point - the ups and downs of watching one's weight. That's alright since this entry is more for me than anyone else. Believe it or not, I'm in a very good place in my life and there's little that I need. I guess the gain of the weight is more a lack of staying focused on the task of monitoring. Well, here's to beginning again!!! :-)
