Bummed! Lost well last week and haven't lost an ounce this week! I did the same things, didn't cheat once, and worked out a little more. Not sure why this happens...but it's very discouraging =(

I want to keep going. The weight will come off. Not as fast as we want it to but it will. I am 2 weeks on my program. I've lost 8 pounds but I always lose fast the first couple weeks then it slows way down and it is hard to keep motivated.

I do the same thing....lose fast at first and then stall. And then I get discouraged and eat something horrendous out of spite. It's a vicious cycle. I've managed to stick to it thus far this time though! Good luck to you!
