Well I've been trying to lose weight for about 4 years now, but I just recently started cutting more stuff from my daily intake. I have stopped drinking all sugar based beverages, now I only drink water, 2% milk with breakfast (occassionally) and an occassional cup of healthy balance grapefruit juice; which has 4g of sugar 4g of carbs and 20 calories a serving. I have also cut down on junk food; I didn't eat any snacks for like the first week I started and then I bought special K bars to snack on, reduced sugar, fat & calorie maccaroons (I only ate 3 total, in 2 weeks), smart pop that has 100 cal. per serving,etc. I also cut back on eating out; so unless I'm away from home and I'm going far I try not to eat out (a few days ago I did stop at mcDonald's but all I had was a fish sandwich and sweet tea; which I should've just had water but I didn't order any fries, so I was proud of myself).
