this week have been a crazy mixed up and unfocus week. Not happy excercise wise, my food diary, lousy lousy lousy. I need to stay focus. I should be marathon traing but I have decided to start again next week because I have not been getting the runs in. tonight i went out I was out there for 55 minutes. I figure this is still better than nothing whatever it was that I did. The battle continues.
