I just need to lose this weight once and for all. In October I was in an accident which has caused lots of damages to my body. I know the weight reduction would be quite helpful. I am hypertensive and diabetiic this needs to change. I also hate the vey ugly choices in plus size clothing.

I have made significant changes to my diet and in 2 weeks I lost 10 lbs. I know with a little walking I can do much better. I am just not motivated. I think I need a companion.
