OW: 222 lbs I'm weighing in a little less frequently because I know the weight loss is going to be a little more gradual because I've lost a lot of weight already. Also by incorporating more circuit training to my cardio exercises, I know I have to transition my body fat to lean muscle to lose the remaining weight. #GottaHustle
