I have been back on "Fatsecret for about 10 days. I usually fall off the wagon after about two weeks. This time I hope that I have the will power to make it to my first milestone which is 246 lbs, which is the lowest weight I reached on weight watchers 35 years ago. After many many years of yoyo and trying every diet, I had gastric by-pass in 2001. My lowest recoreded weight form that weight lost was 218 lbs, which is my second milestone. The final weight I hope to achieve is 198 lbs, which was my orginal goal after gastric by-pass.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 January 2013:
802 kcal Fat: 9.79g | Prot: 57.74g | Carb: 123.84g.   Breakfast: 1% milk, banana, whey protein powder, coffee. Lunch: green pepper,  green salad, lipton diet green tea, lean cuisine ranchero braised beef, golding farms salad dressing, carrots shredded, cucumber. Snacks/Other: yoplait lowfat greek yogurt. more...
