Ugh. I am so sick right now.
But, on the upside, it looks like the 179 might be holding. I weighed in at 179.2.
I still think it's total b.s. that I'm following this diet to a T and I'm not losing but maybe it's what Jamie says and my body is adjusting to the new weight before it starts dropping again.
I am going out for sushi tomorrow. I know it's not on plan and the sodium will be crazy high. But it's okay. I do this maybe twice a year and I opted to not go on my birthday in November. I'm not going to sweat it.

Interestingly, I took a week's worth of menus to my general practitioner doctor who had been wary of Atkins when I'd spoken to him about it a month ago. He was surprised at how healthy and balanced the diet actually is and told me to keep up what I'm doing.

Hang in there Toni; I know it will start moving again. Maybe it will be good to eat the sushi it might be the 'shock' of something different that your body needs to 'ping' it...haha. Just drink LOTS of water! Have fun.
