I'm a day and a half late weighing in, been really busy but still staying on track fairly well. Plan is to add in exercise once I start to platue, as soon as I lose less than 2 pounds in 2 consecutive weeks. I thought it would be too much to make all at once.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Atkins   losing 3.1 lb a week


You are doing a great job on your weight loss journey. Keep up the good work, you can do this. I know this because I did it myself. I started at 210 march of 2011, by Nov 2011 I weighed 162. It was hard at first, but became 2nd nature to eat this way. I loved it and felt amazing, trying on smaller clothes and not feeling tired anymore. I came back today because I now weigh 170, and feel tired and do not want to weigh anymore. Just know we are all here for you, and don't feel discouraged at anytime. Email me if you need anything!

katburt is right! You CAN do it! I started out at 215 on August 16 and now I'm at 167 :) Just decide that you're gonna do it, muster up all the strength and determination that you have and just do it!
