1571 kcal Fat: 117.40g | Prot: 86.00g | Carb: 56.11g.   Breakfast: almond milk unsweetened vanilla, splenda, cheddar cheese shredded, cream cheese, sausage, egg, heavy whipping cream, coffee. Lunch: sugar free jello strawberry, egg, mayo, ranch simply dressed, spinach, lettuce iceberg, cauliflower, broccoli, celery. Dinner: grilled chicken, diet coke mcdonalds large, mcdonalds grilled chicken BLT salad. Snacks/Other: almonds blue diamond natural, atkins light meal bar coconut. more...
