Hello,

I am new to this website. I originally started the SouthBeach diet on January 7 at 160lbs. I believe I would have lost more weight by now, but I fell off the wagon and ate some bread. So now Im back on the wagon and have been sticking to it since January 13.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
