Hey everybody!! Okay, time to get back to really working out. No more sporadic moments. I probably worked out 3x last week at the most. I am usually working out 4x to 5x per week. I know why it's been so difficult for me. I have family visiting so I am less motivated. Time to whip my body into better shape for the spring and summer. I have been doing great and I will continue. I must say that my calories have been in check though :) Tuesday, I cleaned for approximately 7 hours or more. That was my workout lol. Thursday through Sunday will be non-stop working out. Time to get back into the swing of slim. :)
