Day 1 in FatSecret! I am excited to start revamping my body. I hate not being able to fit into any clothes, shoes, etc when i go shopping. This is it! I am going to make a change in my life!

Welcome aboard! It's great to see you using the journal feature. Smart people claim that the three things that make us succeed in losing weight is calorie deficit, exercise and - journaling! I think they're right. Journaling on a regular basis (maybe daily?) will keep us focused on the task at hand.
