PROUD OF MYSELF!
Joined a challenge which started yesterday. Walk everyday for 15 minutes, drink ONLY water - no coffee,tea, any other caffeinated drinks, carbonated drinks or sodas -
I am now at day 2 of the challenge, and i must say i am pretty much a very good girl so far. No other beverages except water and green tea. I take oats for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No rice. Walking in the mornings for 15 minutes.
At this point, I cant wait to see the numbers on the scale at the end of the challenge.
