1655 kcal Fat: 82.51g | Prot: 124.21g | Carb: 119.31g.   Breakfast: whey protein powder, 1/2 cup Dole pineapple crushed, coffee, 1% milk. Lunch: green pepper,  green salad, egg, oscar meyer deli fresh honey ham, cucumber, natures own whole wheat bread, golding farms salad dressing. Dinner: diet pepsi, 2 slices whole wheat bread, fried ocean perch fish, canned string beans. Snacks/Other: 1 oz shelled walnuts, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 oz block cheese. more...
