1655 kcal Fat: 82.51g | Prot: 124.21g | Carb: 119.31g.   Breakfast: 1% milk, coffee, 1/2 cup Dole pineapple crushed, whey protein powder. Lunch: golding farms salad dressing, natures own whole wheat bread, cucumber, egg,  green salad, green pepper, oscar meyer deli fresh honey ham. Dinner: 2 slices whole wheat bread, canned string beans, fried ocean perch fish, diet pepsi. Snacks/Other: 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 oz shelled walnuts, 1 oz block cheese. more...
