1655 kcal Fat: 82.51g | Prot: 124.21g | Carb: 119.31g.   Breakfast: 1/2 cup Dole pineapple crushed, coffee, whey protein powder, 1% milk. Lunch: oscar meyer deli fresh honey ham, cucumber,  green salad, golding farms salad dressing, natures own whole wheat bread, green pepper, egg. Dinner: 2 slices whole wheat bread, canned string beans, diet pepsi, fried ocean perch fish. Snacks/Other: 1 oz shelled walnuts, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 oz block cheese. more...
