6 pounds in one week when I switched from Regular Weight Watchers to Weight Watcher Points but only eating Meat, cheese, and non-starchy veggies. Haven't been as hungry either! Carbs KILL me!!! Even on WW it slows my weight loss down to a couple ounces a week. I've gone to ZERO convenience foods. Old fashioned eating of Meat and veggies the cheese as a snack. Working so far and I can eat more! Been eating a tone of my Zucchini Casserole fresh out of the garden! Awesome recipe!!
