May is going okay for me, I have a habit of splurging when I lose some weight and then I get off track as usual. It goes without saying that I'm fustrated with myself!
211.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

You need to make some non-food rewards for yourself. Maybe a trip to the nail salon, a new movie or cd you would like. Maybe make 5 pound increments, then when you reach it, you will have a nice reward for youself. Good luck!
