I did great today!...until dinner, UGH! Mexican following an hour of Zumba = STUPID! I was more active today than I have been in long time, so I'm going to be proud of that and how I ate the rest of the day. I also drank A LOT of water, no soda at all. All in all, a good day. Tomorrow will be even better. :)
