Today is my second day starting my new foodie lifestyle!

I felt good yesterday and I only got some hunger pains right before bed. They weren't bad at all - I think I was able to go to sleep because of my attitude towards what I'm doing. Usually I give in, but I'm feeling much more driven. As soon as I woke up this morning I had myself a bowl of Fiber One cereal that was actually pretty tasty!

So far things are great! I have lost weight in the past, and thankfully haven't put it ALL back on. ...Just most of it ;)

Here's to losing it and keeping it off!
