Greetings,

I am back on it. I feel good and my size 14 pants are way too big and I love it. I still and not going to buy any clothes because I have some "wish clothes" in my closet that I am almost in. Oh By the way "wish clothes" are those either in the back of your closet or in a plastic bin in the garage that you wish you could get into. Mine are in a plastic bag in the bottom of the closet. I may pull out the bag next week. Not this week, I am just back on my exercise and eating real good and since I hid my scale I can only tell by clothes if I am really doing good. Anyway, I went to my spin class this morning at 5 am people. I was so not feeling waking up that early but I knew I was not going to feel like doing anything after working for 12 hours. I eat those tuna salad kits, I know I should find something better but they are so easy to throw in a backpack and keep it moving. I need a quick inexpensive and filling lunch. Any ideas? Oh, I also add some nuts, baked cheetos, and a fiber bar for snacks.

for me a cheap filling lunch is throwing those flavored pouch tunas (half a pouch) on a salad.. u barely need any dressing b/c of the flavor added to the tuna...

You've inspired me to get up early this morning for the gym, Steph! :) I missed my 5:45a spin class, but will ge back on it in a few weeks once I can build up my endurance again. My "quick on the go" lunch is grabbing a ziploc container and a can of Campbell's Healthy Harvest soup. It was just on BOGO sale and I picked up four cans for the price of two. I don't think any quick lunch would be the best, but you gotta do what you gotta do some days!

Thanks so much for the food ideas. I love the turkey wrap and soup....Not sure hat boccacini cheese is but I love some colby or goat cheese and I love the idea of the chopped veggies with dressing. YUM with try that sooner rather than later and as far as my turn salad, I think I am going to go to making my own I have just been lazy and it will have less sodium and mayo which are both bad news anyway.

Boccaccini cheese comes in the same container as feta, like in water, and they are little balls of fresh mozzarella- very good with veg!
