I'm a little discouraged this morning. After the 179 weigh in, I bounced back up to 182 and it's been creeping back down. Today? 180. I think my body likes 180 and I don't know why.
I'm not going to go off diet or anything. I KNOW that this works and all I have to do is stick with it. So, I'm going to stick with it and wait it out.
I have a sneaking suspicion that the new sugar free candies may have something to do with this so I'm going to cut those out for a week and see what happens.
I joined another induction challenge. I AM going to get into the 160's.

Toni, I know you will get into the 160's. You are self-aware and tenacious and those qualities will get you there. I have been in a holding pattern myself but I have gritted my teeth. I joined the 4 week Induction challenge too. In AA they talk about sharing your experience, strength and hope. I think these challenges foster that; what a blessing.

Hey Toni you WILL get there. Don't let it get you discouraged. I do understand..I am so close to my next small goal but the scale still keeps bouncing around the 208 area. Like you I am just hanging in there. I know my body will get 'situated' and then the scale will start moving again.

Hi Toni.. I understand exactly what you are saying.. You will continue to lose weight and YOU WILL GET INTO THE 160's!! Just like you and Jaime the scale is jumping around on me.. last week it was 181, up and down and now at 182 ish.. I just can't shake the 180's! HANG IN THERE GIRLIE!! We will get thru this!

Sorry, Toni. I'm just now seeing this :/ Not able to be on as much as normal till I get my own computer fixed. I think you might be right about the sugar-free candies. I love them, and I do eat them from time to time when I get that sweet craving, but they always make me so bloated :/ Maybe try cutting them out for a week or just cut back on them? You're doing such a good job, girl, and I know you won't give up, I just hate to see you frustrated :( You're gonna get there, though! We both know you can! ♥

Hi Toni, I would def' not eat them for a while, also cut out any Atkins bars, artificial sweeteners contain sugar alcohols and do cause stalls for some people. I'm sure your scales will be going the right way soon!

@ Angie - I weighed in this morning at 179 so it's getting better. I think I've figured out the problem. I only took in 96 oz of water over the weekend every day. It meets the minimum requirement but it just wasn't enough. I upped my water over the last couple of days and the scale started moving in the right direction again. Linda - I don't eat any of the Atkins bars and the sugarfree candy never used to bother me. But I switched to another kind last week and those apparently do not work for me. So upping my water and cutting out the candy should work. Thank you guys, the support really helps so very much.
