Well, jounal looked pretty good yesterday. I've decided not to weigh every day. It is way to depressing and discouraging. The ups and downs are just too much for me.

I am thinking of changing to once a week weigh in's but I don't know if I can break the scale habit!

I find I am much more calm about things when I weigh once a week. I don't want to deal with the daily fluctuations.

If you find it too difficult not to weight, see if someone can remove the scale for a week. It much nicer to see bigger losses.
