My BmI is 41.91. Igain weight over the holidays and forgot to record it. I gained 3.7 lbs. So I was 231.5. and my Bmi was 42.60. So thats and improvement. I need to keep going.
227.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
