Ok so I finally decided I'm going to diet, I have 3 weeks and 2 days from today to loose atleast 20 pounds and I'm so seriouse this time, I had pizza last night and I felt so bad I knew it wasn't right but yet I kept eating than when I was done it was like I had just done the worse thing, no more of that this time I'm going full force on phase 1 for these 3 weeks!

Good luck to you. Phase one for three weeks MIGHT do it, if you don't cheat on it at all? it has worked that well for some. While phase one does help you lose the most amount of weight in the beginning, it's main purpose is to rid your body of the cravings that cause binges (sort of like a detox period of time).
