1794 kcal Fat: 62.81g | Prot: 136.77g | Carb: 181.39g.   Breakfast: Roasted Light Turkey Meat (Skin Not Eaten), Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Black Tea Bags, Gluten Free Brown Rice Bread, Grape Tomatoes, 2% Low Fat Cottage Cheese. Lunch: Light Sour Cream, Ramen Noodle Soup Cup with Shrimp and Vegetables, Hearty Garden Miso with Tofu Soup (Regular), Mayonnaise, Cooked Swordfish, Meat Loaf Made with Beef, Cooked Soybeans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Fish, Soybeans (Mature Seeds, with Salt, Cooked, Boiled), Sticky Rice. Snacks/Other: Shredded Bran Wheat Cereal (Salt and Sugar Free) , Fat Free Plain Nonfat Yogurt, Fuji Apples, Milk (Nonfat) . more...
