1755 kcal Fat: 65.31g | Prot: 90.33g | Carb: 186.69g.   Breakfast: 2% Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Roasted Light Turkey Meat (Skin Not Eaten), Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Gluten Free Brown Rice Bread, Black Tea Bags, Grape Tomatoes. Lunch: Meat Filled Dumpling, Vegetable Oil, Bell Peppers, Udon Noodles (Large Bowl). Dinner: Cabbage, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Olive Oil, Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Salmon. Snacks/Other: Sliced Beef, Fat Free Plain Nonfat Yogurt, Herbal Tea, Apples , Milk (Nonfat) , Shredded Bran Wheat Cereal (Salt and Sugar Free) , Ginger Family Cookie Collection. more...
