Well I have been trying to get a bit more creative with my foods and I am not sure it's going so well! I have gone OVER on carbs quite a bit this week but for the most part it has been in a healthy way. I have up'd my exercise as well. I haven't lost any weight but I am hoping it is muscle due to the additional exercise! We will just have to wait and see, I guess. I think I will give this a week or so more and if not I will have to stop being creative and get strict back on OWL and no more than 25 carbs.

I went way over on carbs this week but not in a healthy way.
