Well, I blew it already! I had McDonalds for lunch. The bad part is, I don't know why I let myself do it. Normally every Friday I take my daughter to her Litte Gym class, and after I take her for a lunch treat. Every week she wants chicken nuggets from Wendy's. Well, today she wanted them from "the big M". I never order from there. I just get her meal and go eat my food at home. I tried to blame it on the weather. It hasn't been very nice this whole week. But that's no excuse. I just don't want to blame myself. This weekend is going to be crazy enough, I didn't want to cheat today. It's going to be hard enough to keep track in the next few days. This weekend we are getting a new roof put on. And family is going to help. YIKES!!! That's always stressfull for me when family gets together. Then Monday my husband is having foot surgery. So I'll be in the waiting room thinking about the vending machines down the hall. Sorry to vent. I sound like a whiny baby. I'm going to suck it up, and chalk this day up as a loss (or a gain) and move on. Tonight I'll jog 3 miles on the treadmill instead of 1.5 miles.

Where are your points at for the day? Don't give up! it may not be as bad as you think it is. Just try and eat a sensible dinner...and don't be hard on yourself, we all have days like yours! Heck..I'm already at 20 points for the day...and that was eating healthy...just ate in excess today (and now I only have 4 points left for the day, which I'm hoping I'll be creative enough to make something tonight that will satisfy me so I'm not scrounging around in the freezer later on!). Hang in there!
