Wondering if anyone out there knows if there are any brands of nitrite free lunch meat or bacon. The whole idea of losing weight is to preserve health so I want to make sure the food I am eating is as healthy as possible.

i would love to know also.. i've been doing atkins on and off for about 11 months.. and down 60 lbs all together and i've never been able to find nitrate free brands its like they dont exist lol.. but i've lost weight so it couldnt be that bad
