It's not something that you do very often at all, girl. 5 carbs over every now and then is not gonna hurt you. You're doing just awesome. You've lost 28 pounds in 3 months! If I had told you that you were gonna do that 3 months ago, you woulda said I was crazy.. oh wait, I DID tell you that! And I still have the message to prove it! LOL! :P

Yeah Angie I understand what you're saying..but for some reason.. I am feeling out of control - I guess it's my conscience messing with me.. but you're right.. As long as I don't do it often I should be good.. Half the time I don't even get the full 20 net carbs..but 3 months later and 29 pounds down I guess I'm ok.. .. Thanks for the support.. ;)

You're down 29 pounds and you GUESS you're doing okay?? NOPE! Will not have that! You are doing wonderful!! If you don't have "bad" days then we have nothing to learn from. Look at what you did and know how to avoid it next time. Angie is right, you don't do it often so give yourself a break. Tomorrow is a new day. Keep journaling and writing down what you eat~

Thanks for your words Tina.. When I said I guess.. I was speaking of - I think it's my guilty conscience messing with me throughout this weeks mental processing.. I just feel that since I rarely eat 20 net carbs a day (not on purpose) but when I went over my carbs I panicked.. You're right journaling and logging my food everyday is the key, I practice and preach that all the time.. Thanks again Tina your support is always appreciated.. We all need a push every once in a while! :D
