Wednesday end of Week 1 Challenge: Below are the results/journal for the ending of week 1....
I was very accountable and involved with the group daily..
I consumed 20 net carbs daily except for New years Day.. Failed one day 60 net carbs on New Years Day which did not consist of any unacceptable sweets..
Ate veggies daily - but didn't meet daily amt... Met the minimum amt only on New Years Day.
Failed daily water intake amt - I always have a hard time with the minimum water intake, this has been going on since day one.. Work in progress on this one!
and I always Record my food daily - after each meal and snack :)

Hope everyone had a wonderful 1st week on the challenge and had much success with weight loss - ounces lead up to pounds!

181.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You know what though? You're doing great. It's a bunch of small steps to reach a greater goal. I wouldn't count any of this as a fail. Your weight history chart is looking awesome. Keep up the good work!
