Officially started diet Today, May 15th. Was out of town and couldn't focus to start.
Didn't do cardio today, but did massive cardio & workout yesterday, and worked physically hard today. Was tired throughout the day. Ate second meal a little late, which probably is what made me so tired.
Overall was fine. My mind was tempted to not complete the diet, wondering if I will succeed within the 3 weeks.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
