eating well, cutting back on portion size
207.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2240 kcal Fat: 61.63g | Prot: 93.75g | Carb: 343.76g.   Breakfast: milk, muesli, dried cranberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), low fat yogurt. Lunch: ciabatta, persimmon, Penne Arrabbiata. Dinner: olive, ciabatta, olive oil, tomato, fennel , steak. Snacks/Other: tea, cranberries, chocolate coated peanuts, biscuit. more...
